Mulder Electric has been lighting up Contra Costa County since 1985. Owner Matt Mulder has over 35 years experience in the electrical industry and electricians Dave Gurule and Chris Bennett have over 15 years experience between them. Both have graduated from merit shop training and earned their certified electrical journeymen licenses. We keep abreast of the latest technologies and changes in codes, regulations, and energy efficiency.

Martinez based Mulder Electric focuses on lighting for residential clients in the East Bay. However, they can handle large projects as well as simple repairs. They can assist with energy efficiency issues as well as green technologies. Mulder Electric can install ceiling fans, custom recessed lighting, TV and surround sound installations, service and panel changes, hot tubs, as well as wire an entire house. They are preparing for solar as an alternative to high energy costs and to aid clients in reducing their carbon footprint. Although problems are rarely encountered, they are resolved promptly and questions are happily answered.
