Central Automotive Service Center first opened in 1976 as a small specialty electrical & fuel systems shop named Central Tune-up. Robert Service took ownership of the company in 1984. For over 30 years Central Automotive has been known for its quality repairs and excellent customer service. The company has grown into a large fully equipped facility, with a staff of 10 dedicated professionals.

Central Automotive handles the service and repair for all domestic and Asian cars, SUV’s, and light trucks. The shop is a AAA Approved Facility and a California State Smog Test Center. All technicians and managers at Central Automotive are ASE certified and three are ASE Master certified. Central Automotive is equipped to handle the newest and most technically challenging diagnostic work, and a wide variety of services including: air conditioning, fuel injection, antilock brakes, and complete engine and transmission replacement. Central Automotive provides an organized maintenance program based on regular oil & filter services for its customer’s vehicles. They also have a free courtesy shuttle to help get you back home or off to work.

All services come with a 24 month or 24,000 mile parts and labor guarantee. Central Automotive has received the coveted ASE Blue Shield designation in recognition of the high quality standards they maintain. Central Automotive is a Bay Area “green business” which recognizes their dedication to the environment.
