Ken Robello is ASE Master Certified and has been a mechanic in the Concord and Walnut Creek area for over 20 years prior to taking over Acme Auto Repair. His customers describe him as an excellent mechanic and an honest person, essential qualities that people look for in an auto shop.

Shannon, who takes care of administrative details, emphasizes customer comfort level as one of Acme’s strong points.The staff is always available to answer questions and explain what’s needed and what’s been done for those of us who aren’t necessarily "savvy" about the modern intricacies of the vehicles we drive.

The Robellos, who also own another auto repair shop in town, are carrying on the family-owned tradition of Acme itself, which was founded in 1950 by the former owners.
