Superior Builders & Remodelers is a second generation company that has been building and remodeling East Bay homes since 1947. They are a small, efficient team of tight-knit professionals that are well known in their community. They take pride in doing quality work and giving the best possible service to their customers. David Lorber has been with the business for 30 years, and his partner Jerry has worked alongside him for 27 years. Superior Builders & Remodelers carries full worker's compensation and liability insurance on all of their employees, so that everyone on every job is protected from start to finish.

"To us, the satisfaction of our customers is just as important, if not more so, than the quality of our products and our work. We can use the best materials and the finest craftsman in the world, but if you're not happy, our job is not done. Our professionalism and experience in a complex industry is what differentiates us from other contractors. When we schedule an appointment, we will be there—on time. Because we know every step involved in each phase of a project, we can accurately estimate time and cost, communicate effectively with suppliers, building inspectors and other personnel, and complete our work in accordance with all applicable building codes."
