Sunnen’s background customer service and experience in management provided the perfect stepping stone to his foray into business ownership.Molly Maid of East Bay Hills is celebrating their 10th Anniversary. The East Bay Hills Division has risen to number 12 in sales out of 300 national franchises. In 2001, Gene received the Franchisee of the Year Award in recognition of his top performance.

At Molly Maid, they’re very proud of their professional attitude, and believe that it’s a large part of their success. They answer the phone when it rings and are polite and clear in their communications. A manager goes to every new house with the team to discuss the scope of the work to be done with the homeowner so that everyone’s expectations are understood.
