It’s said that “good fences make good neighbors.” And since 2005, C & J Fencing has been making good fences for its neighbors in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Chris French had a long career in the lumber industry before narrowing his focus to the fencing sector six years ago. Now he works exclusively designing and constructing beautiful wood, iron, chain link and vinyl fencing.

C & J Fencing will personally visit with the homeowner to discuss the project and give an accurate estimate. They’ll take the time to explain the process step-by-step and make sure the client understands everything that is involved – from the tasks that must be done to the amount of time they will take to the cost.

Fencing costs are often shared with a neighbor. It can be difficult if one person has to pay the entire expense and then wait to collect their neighbor’s share. C & J Fencing will work with all parties and invoice each property owner individually. No down or progress payments are accepted – not a penny is due until the job is finished and everyone is satisfied. Now that’s a good fence any way you look at it!
