Owner Megan Reger and her founding business partner Joanne Devlin started Black Diamond Paving, Inc. in 1996. Their initial goal was to create a company that would make a difference by being different. The current team is achieving that goal with continuously refined processes that are designed to provide the best possible customer experience. Black Diamond’s process begins with a customer consultation to establish objectives, determining the budget and scope of a project to maximize value. When a general direction is set, Black Diamond goes to work to create a proposal that is widely regarded as the most clear and detailed in the industry. Once the project is a go, Black Diamond’s notification process ensures that all affected parties have detailed information about the project plan. With a solid plan in place, the crews work efficiently and effectively to complete the project as promised with the highest standards for quality and minimal disruption.
