In business since 2002, State Official Smog Test Only clearly spells out what it does in its name. Its owner, Aram Bailan, has been in the smog testing business since 1990. His other shop is in Los Angeles, where they have done smog testing since 1997 with the Dyno machine, among the best technology for smog testing. The company is clearly highly experienced in the smog testing field.
They offer a special service of assisting individuals whose vehicles have failed because sometimes a vehicle doesn’t pass the smog test for some reason. They retest these vehicles at no charge if they fail again. The company’s smog testing policy is not to charge until the retest if a vehicle fails the initial test. But if there is something really wrong with the vehicle, and it is repaired and is returned for the retest, the charge $25 for the retest.

established to help people. We like to make sure that people feel good
about coming in and getting faster service. We are honest and open with
people and that makes people happy that we are running a good business.
The difference between our smog testing station and any other one is in
the care we put into everything we do. You have to care about what you
do for your clients. If one is not wholeheartedly conducting one’s
business, then there will be trouble with that business’s longevity.
While we don’t officially service vehicles, we do some things for
people on a complimentary basis that other stations would not offer to
do.”
