In the 20 years Alameda Structural, Inc. has been in business, they’ve repaired or replaced over 3000 foundations throughout the Bay Area. That’s a lot of experience! Owner George Walton is equally experienced, having worked in the construction industry since age 11. Running his own business – thereby ensuring everything meets quality standards – has been his way of life since he entered the work force.

Alameda Structural, Inc. does one thing, and does it well. Foundation work is their profession, not just something they do when they have to. They work on 200 to 275 foundations each year. Every crew is trained for their particular part of the job and onsite team leaders manage the process from demolition to set-up to pouring. The job you expected is finished in the timeframe promised. And unlike some companies, Alameda Structural, Inc. works year-round so you don’t have to wait.

Prices are fair and contracts straightforward. Retainers, down payments or deposits are not accepted. For most jobs, no money is owed until the project is finished.
